Various structural and movement imbalances may be blocking you from reaching a more stable state of body and mind. The Rolf Series’ goal is the physical and emotional evolution of an individual through the lengthening and integration of the body.

Lesa has helped many people discover how Structural Integration can dramatically enhance their posture and movement possibilities, allowing them to function with greater ease and awareness.

Structural Integration is a powerful combination of manual therapy and movement which may be complemented by Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Yoga, Chiropractic, Pilates and other disciplines.

Pensak was on the Board of Massage Examiners, Massage Instructor and National Exam Writer and is a Level 3 Ski Instructor.
